I am happy to report that I have completed two days of my 6 week program to get buff. Booyah.
I do the pushups first because they’re the hardest. Then I do the crunches and squats alternately. I can feel the burn.
This is actually perfect timing, because when I’m finished with this program, my marathon training will kick into high gear. I’ll be all strong and ready to kick some marathon butt. Or, you know, just finish one again :P
